Hello and welcome to our home! My name is Samantha and I am a high school math teacher and guidance counsellor. I am living with my partner, Max, who works in IT and is also currently studying to become a high school math and physics teacher. We both have many years of teaching and tutoring experience, and we would be happy to tutor you or your child in the evenings for various courses. We also both have experience with international students from many countries, and can provide daily opportunities for English language development. Our home is a raised bungalow, and one level would be available to you/your child. It is bright and spacious, with a private bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchenette. We have a shared laundry on site, and a big backyard with a pool. We also have two parking spaces on the driveway available. We have a cat, but he will stay out of your space. Wifi is included and printer is available. We are very excited to share our home with an international student! As we are both teachers, we understand the importance of this experience for you and are willing to help in any way we can by making you feel comfortable at home, while introducing you to the Canadian culture and Niagara region. We both love the outdoors and exploring surrounding areas, and would be happy to take you/your child out to tourist attractions or on nature walks/hikes. We cook a variety of foods and are willing to make meals that satisfy your/your child's tastes.
