I live less than 1 mile from CSUN. Cal State University Northridge. If you go to UCLA there is a commuter bus near Target so, a 10-minute walk. I am an organic gardener. I am always doing many projects. My home is an older home so it is cozy. The room is furnished and very large. I speak Japanese and English. I spent a good part of my youth in Asia. I do not eat Beef or Pork and rarely eat chicken. I welcome all your questions. The dates for rental are negotiable.
