Welcome to Canada and welcome to Nova Scotia! I am a 44 year old mother that works in the legal field. I live in a quiet community. I have one cat. My homestay is walking distances to NSCC Akerley Campus and a 10 minute bus ride to NSCC Waterfront Campus or the Ferry Terminal. I am on a major bus route and only 30 minute bus ride to downtown Halifax. I am walking distance to all amenities. I have a basement suite with a separate entrance which has a basic kitchen, bedroom/sitting room and bathroom with shared washer and dryer. The fee for this is $800 (Canadian) which includes wifi.
