Hello, we have 10+ years experience in housing international students... and have their letters of referral to support their experiences in this house. This is a large 19 + room Victorian home with 3 floors each with private key locked bedrooms, and bathrooms. The house is clean and well maintained...all of the cleaning and maintenance is provided...as are all of the utilities. We leave our outside/street shoes in the front entry hall to help to maintain cleanliness, and indoors we wear slippers/foam clogs only. We are offering to provide a fully furnished bedroom to each of one or two serious students. We are a family of 2 educated adults who are serious, caring, helpful successful people ... with grown children who are living on their own. We live a clean life with no alcoholic drinking, no drug use, we use good clean and polite language, no drugs, and no smoking... and we do not seek or encourage this in our student guests...our home is quiet ...not a party house... and perfect for focus on studying. We seek to have the opportunity of sharing our home with only one or two students/young adults who are in serious pursuit of their education, career, and future. Our home is located close to Worcester State University, Assumption college, WPI/Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Becker College, Anna Maria College... and we are located at an easy commute to Holy Cross College, and Clark University... We are also near Worcester's private high schools of Bancroft, Worcester Academy, Notre Dame School for Girls, and Holy Name High school. Our home is located in one of the nicer areas of the west side of Worcester. We have safe driving history, and no criminal background... we are God fearing people who seek to live well by doing good and being good.
