I am a Malaysian Chinese. We have no children or pets. There are 2 double bedroom size rooms. Only 1 room will be vacant and available for 3 months. Dates are as stipulated. Room has a bed, study table with chair and built in wardrobes plus chest drawers. Host is a friendly and easy going person who is the Landlord. There is no house or garden chores for the tenant. My house is clean, well ventilated and full of sunlight. It will be suitable for someone who values friendship and privacy. Good suburb. House is well located to the all amenities. Public transport walking distance. Iconic Hamilton Gardens are just a stone throw away from my house, so having your daily exercise or just relaxing around in the gardens is definitely very convenient, what a bonus!
