We are a family of 6 (3 adults, 2 kids, 1 infant) and 1 friendly non-allergenic Labradoodle dog. I am a registered nurse and my husband is a banker. My mom lives with us and is retired. We have 2 boys (ages 8 and 10 years) and an infant girl 4 months old. Our home is in Heritage Mountain in Port Moody. We have 3 bedrooms that can be used by students with a private washroom. Each room has a bed, closet, and study desk. We also have a recreational room that includes a pool table, basket ball hoop, foosball table, board games, video games and a large TV. We also have a private reading/study room and a piano room. $1200 USD/month includes room and 3 delicious meals (asian, italian, mexican, north american cuisine) We live near 2 elementary schools (Aspenwood and Bramblewood) and 5 min drive to Eagle Mountain middle school and Heritage Mountain high school. We also live near Douglas College and Simon Fraser University easily accessible by transit. Its less than a 10 min walk to the bus stop that takes you all around the lower mainland via bus, skytrain and the west coast express train. There is a grocery store 5 min drive away and the Coquitlam centre mall is a 7 min drive. There are lots of walking trails all around us and 2 parks nearby with a playground, basket ball hoop, hockey goalies and a mini sprinkler. We enjoy playing sports, playing games, biking, walking and going to the park and movies.
