I am a mature, professional female living only blocks away from downtown Charlottetown. My apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful heritage home. I have 2 rooms available - one set up as a bedroom, the other as an office/lounge. Free laundry facilities in the building, wi-fi, heat, water & electricity. Two blocks away from the major bus line, 4 blocks from Holland College. Junior and senior high schools are both 10 to 15 minute walk. I have one senior cat who is very friendly and well behaved. The rent of $700 is CAD and will include meals.
