A very clean and quiet home in a family-oriented neighborhood, with a fully-furnished, spacious downstairs bedroom and basement area with TV. Washroom (shared with another student). Laundry access, including detergent etc. A beautiful backyard to enjoy. Two adults, one teenager and a friendly Golden Retriever that doesn't go downstairs. Use of elliptical and home gym.
