For female student I have a 3-bedroom apartment and you will have a private bedroom but share the hall washroom. I provide WiFi. Laundry is done in the basement of the apartment building with a laundry card. I supply laundry detergent. I have a cat. Homestay is $1000 per month includes breakfast and dinner at night Your room has a double bed, wardrobe, end table with lamp, shelving unit, student desk and chair, and clothes closet. Sheets are changed every two weeks. Can send pictures My location is Central Toronto with buses outside the door to subway lines This is a family neighbourhood and a shopping mall is located within a 5 minute walk and a library is across the road. The downtown area with the Eaton Centre is 30 minutes away. Ryerson University and University of Toronto are both within the 30 minute travel time.
