I have large fully furnished warm and quiet bedrooms with double beds, dressers, bookcases, double closets, lamps etc. The rooms are suitable for students long or short term though I prefer 3 months at least. All utilities are included such as heat, kitchen with all utensils, laundry and WiFi. It is also possible to have 1,2 or 3 meals cooked. The extra cost can be negotiated. I am 5 minutes from Vendome metro and 15 minutes from downtown so very convenient for students. I am a female homestay host who usually has 3 International students in my home for over 20 years.
