Welcome to Canada! Our home has a large yard and in a family oriented neighborhood. If you are looking for a homestay in a quiet environment, our family can offer you a safe, comfortable, clean home. Our house is close to Shopping Mall, Restaurant, Supermarket and there is a biking trail very close to our place. We have 3 bedrooms on the main floor, not basement. We are located in Port Coquitlam (Tuohey Avenue) and is close to the following schools: Pinetree Secondary School (21 mins by one bus #186). Riverside Secondary School (30 mins by one bus #160). Gleneagle Secondary School (28 mins by one bus #160). Terry Fox Secondary School (30 mins by one bus #171). Royal Bridge High School (10 minutes Walking) Simon Fraser University (42 mins by skytrain and bus) To give you a brief description, we are a Chinese-Canadian family of 4. My husband and myself are both full-time professional workers and we have 2 boys (under 13). My boys love to talk and play with students. We love to include students in our family activities, such as fitness exercise, biking, music, movies, ice skating, swimming, etc. Our house is relatively new. You have your own room on the ground level (not basement). You share one bathroom with female students. In your bedroom, it has a single bed, closet, window, desk, lamp, and chair. We have experience hosting international students from many different countries and we have criminal record checks available. Some students have stayed in touch with us even after they have returned back to their own countries. We hope your stay with us will be filled with happy and fulfilling memories.
