Hello Homestay Students, My name is Verlyn and I live in Langley, Walnut Grove area. We are close to many schools such as York Creek Middle High School, Lynn Fripp Elementary School, about 7 kms to Trinity Western University and 8 km to Kwantlen University. We are walking distance of about 850 m to Carvolth bus exchange wherein you can take the express bus to the skytrain to Surrey Central Station. The skytrain can then take you to many parts of the lower mainland such as Burnaby and Downtown. My husband and live in a brand new town home with a fully furnished bedroom for you ready for move in. I work from home and my husband does hybrid work. We are a relaxed couple and fun but we respect your privacy. We enjoy eating out and trying new activities. We are none smokers and we do not have any pets. We will provide dinner, breakfast will be quick and ready to go and lunch will be your responsibility. You are certainly welcome to make lunch from home to take with you. Since both of us work in health care, we are very careful with our bubble. Don't be shy to message me if you have any questions.
