Hello everyone! We are currently having a spare room for rent in a two-story house located at 711 Pleasant Street, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. The room is upstairs, right across the bathroom that is shared with only one of the other tenants in the next room. A lot of spaces for a comfortable stay in the room while all the amenities serving studying and working purposes are provided. There is also a huge fridge to store your groceries goods and kitchen is always open with all the equipment, utensils necessary to prepare your meals as well as cabinets to place your own kitchenware. Bus 60 is only within a walking distance of a few steps from the house, which goes directly to Bridge Terminal and also means you can go to downtown Dartmouth and Halifax in only about half an hour. There are not so many rules in the house, you can go out and come back as many times as you please, at any time you want. A copy of the entrance key will be given right when you are accepted to rent the room. List of benefits also features a super affordable rent of only 560 CAD per month, which will be due on the 20th of each month.
