I am a single person living in a detached house with a large garden in Holland on sea. The student will have use of two rooms on the first floor. I have a dog called Pepper who is friendly to humans. The student will need to be a dog lover. I live close to the sea and all bus routes and amenities to both Frinton and Clacton. I have two sons who will be at University from September. I can host for some of September and October. I speak French and Spanish and have a Tefl qualification.
