Hello, thanks for taking your time to view my listing. My house is super close to Western University (UWO), which is within 10 minutes walking distance. It is not far away from Fanshawe College either. It takes about 25 minutes to get there by bus. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms in total. It has a walk basement (all three floors are above the ground) and a very nice french patio door can walk through outside. The house is located in a nice and peaceful community area. Many university professors and doctors are living in my neighbourhood. I will provide three healthy and nurturing meals everyday and fresh fruits as well. The bedroom for the students are fully furnitured and will be remained nice and neat at all times. I also can help the international students to improve their language skills during their stay here.
