We are looking for 2 female international students.
I live with my wife and our two huskies in Cary, which is one of the safest cities in the U.S. We just moved into a two-story house with a basement. It is a 2354 sqft house. The rooms for students are on the second floor, which our dogs are not allowed to go to. We have a nice backyard with a swimming pool and live right next to a greenway leading to a park as well as shopping. There is public transportation available as well as several walking trails. UNC and Duke University is 28minutes away from our house. NCSU, Wake Technical Community College are 15 minutes away from the house. There is only one H mart in NC which is 15minutes away from our house.
The house is a three-bedroom house with two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. The first floor is a lovely common area with a kitchen, dining room, and living room. The dogs sleep in the basement. The second floor is where all of the bedrooms are located. There are two rooms for students and a master bedroom. Students will used their full bathroom which is on a second floor.
My wife has lived in several different countries such as Australia, Canada, and many others, often living with different ethnicities, before coming to America. She truly understands the meaning of studying abroad and living as a foreigner in this country. She also taught herself English. I’m sure her experiences will definitely help international students feel more comfortable as well as provide them with insight into how to succeed while in a foreign country.
For meals: 3 meals-7 days.
For airport reception: $160
If you are NC State University student who doesn’t have a car, we can help you to go to school as well.
If you have any question, please let me know.
