Hi! We have downstairs rooms available for students. My home is located at a very quite place, close to indoor swimming pool, gym and shopping mall (7-11, restaurants, banks, etc). Only 10 minute driving distance to Coquitlam Centre, Costco, Walmart, etc. One to two minute walking distance to bus stops with 188, 174, providing direct transit to Douglas College, Pinetree Secondary, Terry Fox Secondary and Riverside Secondary.
