Overview: Offering one (1) or two (2) students (two bedrooms) a homestay for either high school or university in a Chinese-Canadian home. Host family is very loving with 3 children, 2 of which who do not reside at home anymore. The mother is a stay at home parent who is flexible and easy going and speaks both Chinese and English. Ideal for students as they will have company with the host-son who attends grade 10 of Markville Secondary School. About the home: The home is situated in a safe and convenient Unionville neighborhood, within the Town of Markham. The house is newly renovated, open concept, 2 storey family home in a quiet neighborhood with large windows, high ceilings and modern finishes. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 washrooms, front lawn, a large garden backyard. We are offering one or two bedrooms in a smoke-free, quiet house on the second floor. The rooms will have a shared bathroom, large windows, closet, brand-new never-used bed, mattress, desk and chair - suitable for studying.
