Hello there. We would like to introduce to you our little gem and encourage 3 months stay. It's a self-catering, self-contained bungalow, with 3 bedrooms, terrace, table & chairs, loungers & BBQ that caters for up to 6 persons. The rate set is for 2 persons. Should more people be in your party, please be aware that it is an additional $25 per person per night. On the grounds are my husband and I in our own home and my mother in her own guest house. Situated at the back of our grounds in a secluded area. It is away from the pool and main house and other, Guest House, on its own, with its own parking and comes with use of the pool. Please be aware that bedroom 3 is either a SKing bed on request or two singles. We are 15 mins by car to the beach. 25 Mins to the airport at Alicante. 20 Mins to Torrevejca. We live in the countryside, surrounded by fruit and palm trees with fab views of the mountains but still only 2 mins to a large town, with two bars that serve food within walking distance. Transport can be provided for airport pick-ups 40 euros each way for up to 5 persons. Transport can also be provided for days out etc on request. A 5* Resort is 5 mins away with all its free access and entertainment, as is the local Town of Catral with its restaurants with excellence awards, bars, supermarkets, shops and nightlife. This is a central location for walks, riding, hiking, biking and seeing the local area. Catral is a good-sized town with all the expected amenities. Bars, restaurants, park with cafe and lunch meals from 6e, shops, vets, medical clinic, with plenty of cultural interest and Fiestas, particularly the month of JUNE. Including excellent train links to Madrid and Barcelona and the rest of Spain. Just off the AP-7 it also has excellent road links. Secure parking via an electronic pass. 80e Deposit returnable. This is the replacement cost should it be needed. Our garden is lit at night by a multitude of solar lights and is referred to as our Starlite garden. We will provide you with a Welcome Pack. This has the basics such as toilet roll, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, new sponge and cloth etc and also a Welcome food pack to get you started. This includes; milk, water, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter and a little jam. A local Spanish bar/garage is a 5 min walk through the fruit trees. This offers good local food and excellent prices. Breakfast from 5 euros. Meals from 6 euros and entertainment on every other Saturday during summer or you have the use of the 5 star resort Alannia Costa Blanca open to the public with all its amenities and entertainment 5 mins down the road. Please note. We have two wonderful and loving dogs. The Garden Guest House, is secure with its own gate and fencing but they are inquisitive and will come and say hello. They are not barking dogs.
