Hi! We're a Chinese and Indonesian couple looking to provide homestay and guardianship to foreign students ages 7-18. We speak Bahasa , English and Mandarin. Our cozy home is located near the international schools in Jurong west ,clementi and Bukit Batok area. Bus stops and MRT station are 5 mins walk away. The rental fee for the homestay includes a twin sharing air conditioned room; breakfast/dinner during school days; breakfast/lunch/dinner during weekends, public holidays and vacation time; daily housekeeping and cleaning; daily laundry services i.e. washing and ironing; wireless internet services but subject to curfew time; In addition, the rental fee includes sponsorship and guardianship services, 24/7 care and service on standby i.e. 24 hrs service every day, medical care arrangements, travel arrangements such as air tickets and airport pickups and send offs, counseling and mentoring service, teachers/parents/guardians meetings, private tuition arrangements if required, monthly progress reports to parents or any other instructions as specified by parents. Price are quote in twin sharing basic.
