My home is located in a charming and quiet neighbourhood of London, Ontario, around 4km from Western University and 15 minutes from downtown. In the area you will find 3 grocery stores (one with-in 10 min walking distance), and multiple buss connections (3 min walk). The fully renovated basement has a separate entrance providing private access to the 2 bedrooms available for rent. The apartment includes separate tv-room, kitchen with cookware / utensils, and bathroom, along with shared laundry. The front there is one parking spot available. Sadly, pets and smoking are not permitted. The price listed is in Canadian Dollars per Room per Month
