Location, location: Hi, I have 3 rooms for rent to any respectful students. This is a non-smoking home with 3 quite teenage boys 13,15,17) who are in and out of the house keeping busy with school, jobs and activities. The 2 older boys have a private suite downstairs (with their cats) so they really only come upstairs for food and to say hi. This home is clean and modern, and has a great layout with 2 living rooms, fruit trees, and a private bathroom which is not used by our family (there is common bathroom downstairs with shower, but that is only for emergency use when you really have to go, and someone is in your bathroom!) Meals are provided, but you need to make your own breakfast and lunch. We are conveniently located close to a bus stop: 9-16 min. to UBCO, 10-18 min. to Okanagan College, 20 minutes to Orchard Park Mall, and 26 minutes to our downtown by the lake and to VanWest College.
