I am a professional, hiker and enjoy Architecture, music and friends. Some of my immediate family live in the area. There is currently one working professional in another room in the home. I occupy the Bedrooma/Bath. Room available in a well maintained 3 bedrooms, 2 Bath, 1,800 single-story Spanish style home in the historic Rossmoyne area of Glendale, CA with nearby shopping, not too far from Hwy 134, Hwy 2 and Hwy 210. A quick drive to downtown Glendale and Los Angeles. Free street parking. No restrictions Looking for a female las it's currently an ALL female household. It is tastefully furnished, includes hardwood floors, area rug, bed, lighting, desk and chair and a walk-in. It is on the north side of the house which makes it a very quiet getaway. Very nice after a long day of work or school to come to a quiet space and fall asleep peacefully.
