We welcome you to Big D! The space available is a fully furnished private bedroom (private bathroom) and shared bedroom (shared bathroom) that includes a large closet with storage, a bed, a mini fridge, a large desk, a full body length mirror, and more. Your stay also includes all amenities offered in our house which includes but is not limited too, access to the kitchen and all common areas, your own private set of kitchen utensils, dishes, and cooking supplies, toiletries, cleaning supplies, WiFi, electrical, and more. We currently have a dog on the property. They are super friendly and love new people! We are located few minutes away from downtown, and few minutes away from the airport with easy access to public transportation. When booking with us, we do have a refundable security deposit and formal rental contract that is paid, signed, and agreed upon by both parties before you officially move in. We aren’t that strict with pricing so feel free to negotiate with us for what you feel is fair. We prefer you have renters insurance but it is not required for your stay. If you have a pet, they must be fully vaccinated. If you need anything at all during your stay let us know and we will try to accommodate as best as possible!
