We are conveniently located within 5 minutes walking distance from subway and several bus lanes. All four Montreal universities are within 20 minutes by public transport. Supermarket, pharmacies, convenience stores and an array of restaurants are all within short walking distance. We offer a large, bright apartment shared by four students. Non-smokers only! Each student has a private bedroom equipped with a queen size bed, a desk, a dresser and a closet. The students share bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a comfortable living room and a balcony. The living room has a large, fully serviced flat screen TV and the apartment is serviced with high speed WIFI internet. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, including a stove, a fridge, a microwave oven, a modern coffee maker, a dishwasher and a laundry washer and a dryer. We provide all necessary items for breakfast, which we are happy to individualize to suit each student's taste and which we re-supply on the daily basis. Our family lives downstairs, in the same house. We maintain our property and keep it very clean. We provide transport from and to the airport and can offer an occasional car drive if needed. We are present to provide any kind of advice and support on the daily basis. We will happily show the way around town to students new to Montreal and make them feel at home, safe and comfortable. The students are responsible for their laundry, dishes and for keeping the apartment clean. We provide all the cleaning necessities and if needed, will be happy to help divide and rotate chores between the younger students in order to assist maintain their environment clean and safe. We are ready to provide as much support and as much discretion as desired and as appropriate to the age and maturity of each student. Minimum three months stay is requested. We speak English, French, Czech, Jamaican Patois and limited Russian.
