We live in a large 1926 home on a half acre garden estate with several pathways for quiet strolls. The home is located within a 15 minute walk from University of Oregon, or a ten-minute walk to the Emerald Express bus to campus, downtown Eugene or Springfield. The home is a one minute walk to Judkins Point Lookout, 5-minute walk to the famous Pre's Rock, and 10 minute walk to Hendricks Park and the scenic riverside bicycle path. We have high speed (300 Mb/s) wireless internet available in the home. We have been hosting students from all over the world for 24 years and enjoy including them in family activities if students want. Those activities include rafting, cycling, hiking, swimming, and sitting around a fire telling stories. We do not allow smoking or alcohol consumption on our property. Homestay students become part of the extended family, as much as they wish, while they are here with us. Email lauralynmartin@comcast.net.
