💙Females only please❤️ Greetings! We are a warm and friendly family that likes to meet new people and enjoy quality time together. We speak only English (it’s our native language). We prefer to host females only as we have only daughters. My family and I live in a house in a quiet safe street ONLY 3 minutes to the skytrain station and bus stops etc. It is a peaceful and safe study environment. I have hosted international students before and have helped with English lessons and all sorts. Its only minutes from our home to downtown Vancouver or anywhere else by skytrain. We are close to shopping malls, libraries, markets and all amenities. We are committed to creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for all our international students. We welcome all nationalities from every part of the globe. Our home is beautiful and spacious. I have a room available for either an elementary, high school or a college student. WiFi and cable tv is also included with your Homestay fee. Must be courteous, clean, non smoker, no drugs, or drinking in the house, and no overnight guest. The bedroom is private (one person only) unless otherwise requested by students. The bedroom is on the second level of our home and is beautifully furnished complete with desk, chair, dresser, bed, lamp, a closet and high speed wireless highspeed internet access. We have developed relationships from previous students that will continue in the years to come. We are easy going good people that find hosting students from other countries very rewarding.
