We are a American born family home who have hosted international students for many years.....Ballard area with #17 bus being only 8 houses away jbouse@u.washington.edu. Bus routes that are walkable are also 44....#17.......#40.
Breakfast and dinner made each day for you and your wash done weekly
We live very close to all schools and buses and walking to library and stores in Ballard----four blocks to the beach
International students 16 years and older can attend high school and learn English at North Seattle Community College and Seattle Central Community College
WE ALSO TAKE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS @$900.00 MONTH
Love to speak English to students and always available for individual help
We cook dinner nightly but need you to notify us if you will not be home for dinner

Bus is approx a 3 minute walk for #17/40/29 bus to downtown and Seattle Pacific University and 6 blocks to #44 to the UW and Kaplan also close to the #40 bus to North Seattle Comm College
Close to University of Washington,Seattle Pacific University,Kaplan,,North Seatle Comm College,Seattle University,Seattle Central College and many language school and Library,banks and grocery stores are within walking distance.Walking distance to Puget Sound(beach)and beautiful sunsets
Each room has desk,dresser,chair,TV and bed....and linens/towels
