My husband and I have been hosting students & Professionals from around the world for years! Our house has 5 furnished (single bed, dresser, table) rooms available. Most of our renters are students at North Seattle, Shoreline College, UW, or single professionals working downtown. Each room has a bed, table, and dresser. Wifi is included along with utilities and there are 3 full bathrooms that are shared. We have a great yard/patio where everyone hangs out, as well as we are on the bus line. Our house is near all colleges and High school (NSCC, UW, SCC,Edmonds CC, Roosevelt High, Kaplan and walking distance to Ingraham High School), the Northgate Mall and bus stations are walking distance from our house as well.
