We live on a very quite area in a very safe neighborhood. Watch deer feed on the hill in the evening from our living room! Beautiful setting and close to Art Center and Glendale Community College. You can take a local bus 2 blocks from our house to Glendale Community College for only 25 CENTS each way! Or use UBER or Lift for about $2 each way. Occidental College 20 minutes away. Includes satellite TV (we provide a TV) and a wireless internet connection (you provide a laptop). Local transportation 2 minute walk. We live in California, NOT Massachusetts. (There is a defect with the website.) Rent is $800/month. No meals. Kitchen privileges.
