Hello, I am a single older woman who was born and raised in South Korea but lived in the US for over 25 years. I have a house in Irvington NY which is a beautiful wealthy suburb of New York City. My house is within 10 minutes walking distance to the train which takes 35 minutes to get to Manhattan. The area is absolutely safe and there is the main street in town right by my house. There is a beautiful riverside park, library, stores, restaurants, and of course the train. I have several rooms available, priced from $700-$900 depending on the size. All utilities are included as well as use of the laundry room in the basement. I have one small dog but she will not be running around the house much. I am willing to negotiate some meals if needed. Prefer female. Perfect for student who wants to live in a nice safe place outside of the city - the commute is very easy and beautiful with views of the Hudson River.
