We have a beautiful home in Northridge Ca. Close to CSUN major freeways and public transportation right out front. I have a lovely, Large 5 bedroom 4 bathroom home with great mix of local and international students, actors and other creative types. We include all utilities, High speed internet, WIFI and hard line. Cable TV laundry room including detergent, softener and dryer sheets. Toilet paper paper towels and some meals included. Food always available, flexible menu. Aldo have jetted spa in the back. Bbq and sitting area. We offer shared room and shared bath starting @ $750.00 per month, private room and shared bath starting at $1,200.00. We also have 1 Private room and private bath for $1,600.00.
