we are looking for an au pair to stay with us for some language and culture exchange. During your stay, you will not only find the feeling of being home, but also get the opportunity to participate in a unique inter-cultural experience. Our compound which is located in China International Exhibition Center, Shunyi district. 20 minutes away to the subway station, and Banks, Post office, Bus station, restaurants, coffee shops are nearby. There are washing machine, dish washer, refrigerator, microwave, vacuum, dryer, coffee maker and internet access etc. The villa: ◇ Located in River Garden Villa, Shunyi District, which is a international community with many foreigner families live in here. ◇ Nearby ISB, BSB, Dulwich, ect. 13 stops on Line 15 subway to Qinghua university directly. ◇ 5 bedrooms, 3 big living room, 4 bathrooms, 1 kitchen,1 dining room ◇ We have professional Ayi to keep the house clean. ◇ You will get rent subsidy by tutor my family member's English or other languages which we want to learn. Otherwise the month fee is 1000 US$/month ( board and lodging ). 700 US$/month (only for room) ◇ Preference will be given to those who are well educated and willing to spend some time to tutor my family some languages.
