Mu husband and I are originally from New York and moved to California in 1990 for the weather and lifestyle. We live in Manhattan Beach California, our home is 5 minutes from downtown, three blocks from the public library, two or more public buses stock within a block of our home. We live 1 block from the beach and the ocean breeze keeps our property cool all summer long. We love our home and love hosting exchange students. We have had two in the past both from Japan and both chose to work 4 hours a day around the house in lieu of paying rent. We have two kids and a chihuahua named Shaq.
