We are a family of 7, my husband (Kevin) and I (Kim), we provide a home stay service. We are looking for 1 to 2 students to join our home. We live in Point Cook, approx 13km from the city of Melbourne (CBD) We are very close to public transport (just 3min walk to the bus and a short ride to the train station.) It takes 30 min by train to get to the city. We also live 5 mins walk away from Point Cook Shopping Centre which has plenty of Shops, Restaurants, a Community Center with Public Library, Doctor, Chemists. We can arrange airport pick up if needed. We've got 2 fully furnished room ( Bed, Bedside Table, Wardrobe, Desk + Lamp, Study Chair, Clock and Duct Heating, We can provide photos on request.) also provided: 2-3 meals daily (the dinner is prepared each night; the breakfast is self-served; lunch boxes with food are provided on the request; linen & towels, wireless cable Internet access; laundry facilities; all utilities: water, electricity, gas are included into price except phone line. Attractions around: Beaches, playground, wetland with BBQ and Walking paths, shopping centres, cafes, gym, public library, everything are around our area. The rates are AU$250.
