Hi, We are a young, easy-going, healthy clean-living professional couple and own our apartment in Surfers Paradise. We have our own personal training business and like to keep fit. We have no pets and no children and do not smoke. Your room is in a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom stunning riverside apartment in central Surfers Paradise with amazing river and hinterland views. The room has new queen bed, built-in robe, drawers and balcony overlooking beautiful river and hinterland. The Bathroom has a bath AND shower. Situated on the river, our apartment is 100metres walk to the beach, 50metres walk to central Surfers Paradise but out of the hustle and bustle. The main road bus stop is 20metres away. It is fully furnished with all modern conveniences including washing machine and dryer. Very large living areas and foxtel! ELECTRICITY IS INCLUDED - NO BILLS TO PAY!! Meals are not provided, however you will have your own fridge and pantry space and use of the kitchen at any time you like - so you can eat whatever you like!! The Apartment complex has a pool, sunbeds, BBQ area and large lawn, private jetty and immaculate garden surrounds. Access to private gym.
