Hello we offer a furnished room in our private house located in one of the best school districts in California. Bus stop is 15 minutes away from home and SF downtown is just 45 minutes by Bart. Grocery store and boba milk tea shop in walking distance. My husband and I came to the US for school and graduated from UC; we would love to host international students. We usually to cook at home, Chinese and Italian dishes are our favorites. Our house is newly remodeled, please don't hesitate to ask for pictures.
