I own a large home in a very nice and safe area in San Diego. Its 16 miles from downtown San Diego, ( 20 minutes by car). I have one private room available now for $900.00 without meals per month. with queen size bed furnished , Wifi,. Breakfast and dinner $1,100.00 Per month. Prefer students that have their own transportation. Cuyamaca College is only a couple miles away from my home, Grossmont college, SDSU (ALI language school) Connect English in Mission valley any downtown language schools. Prefer students that have a car. Smokers--smoking allowed outside the home, patio available for smokers. We have enjoyed hosting several students and they enjoyed being part of our family.
