My fiance and I live about a mile from Duke University Medical Center in a beautiful home and safe neighborhood. He works for a biopharm startup and I am an artist with a home studio. We have an older dog who is very well trained and sleeps all the time. We are around 30 years old, have no children, and still fun. Our home is a 5 bedroom with plenty of space and privacy. A few great things about our home are the game room with pool table, screen porch, deck, patio, Duke Forest behind our house, walking trails, huge kitchen with granite, great neighborhood and quiet streets. You would have your own bathroom and choice of bedrooms and use of our office if needed. Since we have two different living rooms with large TVs, you could choose to join us in the evening to watch a ballgame or have the other room to yourself and your guests. We have wireless internet, satellite TV with a great channel package, and all other utilities are also included in your monthly fee. We can also arrange for use of one of our cars or motorcycles if needed. We are also close to the bus stop to Duke or UNC and easy biking distance from Duke.
