We have a fully furnished 3 bed cottage in Nth Parramatta - 40 mins travel to Sydney central, 30 mins to uni Macquarie uni , Walk to UWS parramatta or travel 30mins to UWS Westmead. The property is located within walking distance to Westfield Shopping centre , cinema's and Parramatta eat street resturants .Our rooms are fully furnished with all amenties , tv ,washing , machine and we charge $250/week/ room without meals for the house. We have just had our students move after staying for nearly 6 years ! The house has 3 lovely bright private rooms , fully furnished, in a safe enviroment. The house can accomodate a maximin of 3 people - one per room .I look forward to helping you with your accomodation.
