Introduction: Jose Farms Homestay is centrally located; it is situated amidst a lush, green organic farm interspersed with coconut , areca nut palms; mango trees and banana plants. It is an oasis of quiet and calm amidst a city bustling with activity all around. Description: The homestay is a three storied purple colored building. The ground floor is occupied by the host family; that includes the host, MR. Joseph Mathew, his wife Elsie, and son Mathew. The first and second floors have eight rooms and two spacious halls. While the first floor hall is used for reception cum dining, the second floor hall is converted into a dormitory for group stay. The rooms are of varying sizes and all are en suite. The rooms are all well furnished with single/ double cots, tables, chairs, cupboards and cable TVs. Common internet facility is available. Accommodation: There are two deluxe double rooms; two deluxe triple rooms; one deluxe 4 bed room; one five bed room and a dormitory with eleven beds. Altogether we have comfortable accommodation for thirty people; but with a little bit of constraints and extra beds, the number can go up to forty.
