My husband and I both have our Bachelors degree. We live in a nice part of Henderson (suburb of Las Vegas), Nevada in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, bus line, and the freeway. UNLV is easily accessible by bus. We are Caucasian Americans, English is our native language. We have hosted foreign students, one for three years and the other for two years. One from Ethiopia and the other from Somalia who successfully completed programs in nursing and pharmacy. We are an older couple, but active. We would consider local high school or college students. We have a spacious 4000 sq ft home with green landscaping and comfortable patio. Wifi access is available throughout the home as well as a Skype connection. Two rooms with TV are available, either shared bath (double sinks) or private bath. Utilities and meals, laundry facilities are included. We have three small dogs and a desert tortoise who lives in our garden. Our home is an excellent environment for study, English conversation and help with writing and grammar.
