Hi, This apartment is split into two studios. I live in one half the other is currently for holiday leasing. (the one im advertising) This STUDIO is located in central Surfers paradise, RESORT STYLE LIVING Situated next to the the beach, shoping centre, retail, banks, ATM's, affordable restaurants, convenience stores, post office, taxi ranks, and bus stops all within 5 mins walk. Restaurant & Convenience store on premises. amazing beach and city views. The resort has a large BBQ area, Tennis court, table tennis, Indoor Gym, Sauna, indoor heaed pool and spa, outdoor lap pool. Studio has it's own mini kitchen with all utensils, cookery, fridge and microwave. Studio has a lovely balcony facing east, north and west views with a lovely selection of plants. (SMOKING IS ALLOWED ON THE BALCONY) Studio has air con, ceiling fan, heater, tv with cabke and dvd player. also has a cuboard, side table, comfy luxury lounge, large kingsize bed, mirrors and various lamps. Large bathroom with bathtub, dryer and washing machine!. completely self contained! Room has been renovated and is very clean, fresh and comfortable. I live right next door.. we can have our doors open or when we require privacy we close the doors..that simple! Depending on your lenght of stay and timing priceswill vary and is negotiable
