This is a three room house with a backyard .We are friendly, professional married couple with 5 years old girl. Transport at the doorstep, 15 min walk to Wollongong beach, 5mins walk to Wollongong station. The room is located away from the main living areas and built in wardrobes with a double bed and study table . The place has Internate Broadband ADS+2 and Plasma 50” TV in the lounge.Off street or garage parking is available. $250 per week inclusive of all bills and three meals except some telephone calls. Available for short or long period. Boarding fee is negotiable, depending on what is required. We are friendly and will make you feel at home.
