I have lived in my home since 1967. My children are grown and do not live with me any longer. I have two other people who live with me, a young man in his 30's and a young woman in her 40's, and we have an outdoor cat. I am retired and have a part time job. My home is 2 story, 5 bedrooms, with three bathrooms and has wireless internet access. We are located in a very safe and friendly neighborhood. Smoking outside the house, no alcohol, no illegal drugs and no pets. Only residents are permited upstairs. No overnight guests. One mile walk to eateries, entertainment, shopping, public transportation. You can get around easily on a bike which can be taken on the bus and train. We are centerally located in Simi Valley, 2 1/2 miles from Grace Brethren High school, and 11 miles from CLU (California Lutheran University) in Thousand Oaks which is on the bus route. CSUN, ( California State University of Northridge) is <16 miles also on bus route and also by train & bus if you prefer.
