Hello and Welcome to the United States  We are looking for a female (18 years old or older) guest to stay with us. We consider any length of stay, but this will need to be discussed prior to your arrival. Both of us are Americans, but I was raised in Thailand (my dad is Chinese and mom is Japanese). I was once an international student and have helped numerous international students throughout the process of settling in and preparing for school. Any question regarding obtaining transportation, schools, immigration etc, I can answer them. I have been there and done that, and I will make sure you go through the process smoothly. Both of us are college graduates and I do have a Master’s Degree. We live in a nice peaceful addition on the southside of Indianapolis, which is only a couple of minutes from Interstate, and within minutes from numerous shopping centers, grocery stores, bookstores, restaurants, gym, colleges etc. The home is located only 10 minutes from Indiana University-Purdue University (IUPUI) downtown Indianapolis, less than 10 minutes from University of Indianapolis and about less than 15 minutes from Butler University. We live in a 3 bedroom ranch-style house with fenced yard with 4 small friendly doggies. We have an extra bedroom that is fully furnished with a queen size bed, bed sets, comforter, study/computer desk, chair, full size closet, book shelves, night stand, window to the backyard with screen for privacy and a build-in 50” inches flat screen television with cable hooked up and DVD player and a bathroom next to the bedroom. We have very minimal rules as long as you are being respectful and pick up after yourself. If you smoke, you can do so inside the house. Meals can be included or not; that is totally up to you. I do cook both Asian and American food. If you need transportation to and from school, that can also be negotiated as well. We are really flexible and active.
