Hello, My wife and I decided to open up our house that we have lived more than 10 years to homestay. We have not done this before, but in trying to make some supplemental income, we thought we this. Our two children will be going away to college next year. One child is already in college. So we have rooms available. Our house is about 2800 sq ft and it is in a very quite, nice, and attractive area. The Thousand Oaks/Westlake area is very highly desirable area with excellent public and private schools. My wife does not work and I currently work over the weekend, so we thought we have time for the homestay. The location of our house is about 40 minutes away from Koreatown in Los Angeles. We can assure you are coming to very nice family. We prefer female student, but male student will be alright as well. The $1000 is approximate, and it can go down or up depending on your need.
