Hi, my name is James I have a son that I love very much I would like to share my family experience with you. I have the perfect home for you (room and board) The place i have has a lot of space and big rooms as well. this is a three bedroom house furnished rooms, very close to antelope valley college, about 1 hr minutes from CSUN, 45 minutes from North Hollywood, 30 minutes from Hollywood, 30 minutes from Santa Clarita with close transportation,10 minutes from Antelope valley mall, golf course, places to eat and more. Also include internet, cable, gas, electricity, travel, storage space, cell phone to use while you stay in my home. I have a fun day called" California Fun Tours" which means once every month we will go on some type of adventure or tours seeing California and the beauty it has to offer, such as Magic Mountain theme park, Disneyland theme park, Venice beach, Santa Monica beach, Sea World, hiking, and Even taking you to dance classes, and eating at the popular restaurants where you might see a celebrity. I also will pick you up from the airport and i do provide transpotation for u for school if needed with extra cost.
