No Vacancy at this moment. Near 6th Street and Queens Avenue in New Westminster, 2 blocks to Douglas College NW. Private room -- $900 USD or $1150 Canadian dollar per month includes meals, its own bathroom, wireless Internet, and laundry. The room is furnished, including desk, bed with all linens, comforter, blankets and towels. Meals included! It's a 6 minute walk to Douglas College, and 10 min walk to the Skytrain stations (Columbia or New Westminster Station), and a 26 minute Skytrain ride to downtown from there. - We have a cat. - There is a bathroom on the main floor, and another one upstairs as well as a laundry room, and washer & dryer. - We will provide 3 meals a day (including a box lunch for school). The food is very good and always changes with the season and reflects what is fresh at the market. - We're very happy, enjoy life and love to laugh - no drama. We don't smoke or use drugs.
