Welcome to our furnished studio!
We recently remodeled our basement and built a pretty studio with pretty much everything brand new starting with the carpet, washer & dryer, kitchenette with sink, small fridge, toaster, microwave, small IKEA dining table w/chair, coffee maker. Also there is a full bathroom with marble floor, new walking closet, new TV, fresh paint and much more. The studio has private entrance by the garage.
We are located in an upscale neighborhood north of the city by Polaris and close to everything you want and need like shops and restaurants at Polaris Fashion Place or close by. Also there are parks close by, pharmacies. The school district that belongs to this area - Olentangy Schools- is rated as one of the best ones.
We are three adults and one pet. Yes, we have a yorkiepoo puppy (4yo ). There are two doors that separate the studuio/basement from the other part of the house.
The Ohio State University (Columbus) is 20 minutes drive from our house (highway). Also downtown is 25 minutes away from where we live.
The price includes the whole area, utilities (gas, electricity, water, trash, Wifi, Netflix)and cleaning the area once a month.
You will love the full and big bathroom with marble floor, new sink and cabinet, new shower, new shower caddy and new lamps. I will provide linens and towels.
You will live surrounded by nice and caring people. Our home and environment are very safe. We have rules at home and we expect they are followed and respected. If you think you are the right fit, just contact me/us.
No transportation included, neither meals.
